British artist Chlöe Howl drops a video for new single “Work” today. The track was produced by long-time collaborator Chris Zane (Passion Pit, St Lucia).
Chlöe knew music was what she wanted to do from the age of ten, growing up in Berkshire on the hip-hop she’d hear blasting from her older sister’s bedrooms and the New Order and The Smiths records her dad used to play in the car. Chlöe left school at the age of sixteen and scored a record deal with Columbia Records shortly after. Howl spent the next three years writing and recording songs. In 2014, Chlöe was nominated for BBC’s ‘Sound of’ poll alongside Sam Smith, FKA Twigs and Ella Eyra, and ‘Critics’ Choice’ at BRIT Awards.
After a 3 year hiatus, Chlöe Howl’s return to the musical foray continues to bloom as she spends time in the studio working on her brand new album.
