Fleet Foxes has today released a vertical video directed by Vidanoise with animation by David Hession and Rosie Holtom for ‘Crack-Up‘ track “If You Need To, Keep Time On Me.” you can watch it here.

“The vertical video format provided an opportunity to make a compositionally different visual for ‘If You Need To, Keep Time On Me,’’ stated Director and Animator David Hession. “Taking advantage of the aspect ratio. This lent itself to the constantly evolving, impossible landscape, with each scene an expression of time passing and how time is measured through nature, as majestically delicate as the song itself.”

The band’s North American tour is currently underway, with schedule appearances at Coachella both weekends, Boston Calling, Shaky Knees, Pitchfork, and Panorama Festivals, as well as two nights at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium.
