Back in 2004, The Killers performed at the “New Tent” in Glastonbury, now called John Peel Tent. Later, in 2007, the band headlined the festival at the Pyramid Stage. This weekend, thirteen years later, The Killers returned for a surprise set at the John Peel Tent that included their classic songs and of course, their new single “The Man“.

The stage, which is usually used to present emerging artists, was packed with fans that wanted to listen even though they were far away and couldn’t see a thing.

The band played a total of 11 songs and festival organizers warned fans that the John Peel Tent was in its full capacity. “Please do not head in that direction as you will not get into the venue”.
