NPR Music today premiered a 360° virtual reality music video for Morning Teleportation’s “Re-wiring Easily,” the third new song from the band’s forthcoming album ‘Salivating for Symbiosis‘ out April 28th via Glacial Pace Recordings. “Re-wiring Easily” was shot at Lake Arrowhead, CA, where LA-based directing duo WATTS explain, “it was literally snowing when the team had to jump in a lake to capture the final scene.”

Tiger Merritt (vocals/guitar/keyboards) and Travis Goodwin (keyboards/vocals) say of the song, “Paul Wilkerson and I wrote the song at our friend Matthan’s (Cage The Elephant) house one day in Portland. The first time we played the song through, beginning to end, we recorded it to a Tascam 4 track. When we were in the studio we re-recorded the track but couldn’t quite get the feel right so we ended up using the basic 4 track recording as the base of the song. Aaron Hanson (Mimicking Birds) came through the studio one night to pick up some drums or something and he ended up laying drums down on the Tascam. Jeremy bounced those in and we went from there.
